Booking and Scheduling

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Session packages may offer discounted rates.

Code of Conduct

Users must behave respectfully during all sessions. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring sessions, including lesson plans, worksheets, and recordings, are the property of Wrizelonaiphrele or our tutors. These materials are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.

Limitation of Liability

Wrizelonaiphrele provides tutoring services as-is. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
